1.The difference between momentary with latching?

Momentary: When you push the switch,the switch is on,and then you remove your hands,the switch will off soon.

Latching: ON/OFF

2. Describe of connection:

There are five terminal points on the switch:+,-,NO,NC,C.“+” is the positive of the light,“-” is the negative of the light, “NO” is normally open, “NC” is normally closed, “C” is power positive.
