1. Descriptions:
Industrial Series Cloth - Filament Fiberglass Cloth 430g Twill Weave 3732. Developed on the basis of electronic cloth, it has excellent properties such as low gram weight, high strength, high appearance quality, and good resin affinity. This fiberglass cloth covers a wide range of thicknesses from 100gsm to 1600gsm, and special varieties can also reach 2000gsm. Mainly used in the electronics and insulation industries, but also widely used in the military industry, support structures, industrial sheet metal, coating substrates, sports equipment, model aircraft, filters, decoration, packaging industries, etc. It is an asbestos-free fabric used for welding blankets, filter bags, fire curtains, and packaging materials, and can be coated with aluminum foil.

3. Factors of Scoring In Quality Control
- Fabric Quality
- We have our factory in Shandong to produce alkali-free and medium-alkali glass fiber yarns, which are sent to the glass fiber cloth production plant in Changshu every week. We will control the quality and price from the source of the glass fiber cloth
- We have our laboratory for product quality testing. We will select 50 meters for testing for every 1000 meters of fiberglass cloth. Each product has corresponding indicators. Only when all the inspections are qualified, we will send the goods to the customer, when we encounter effects with unqualified quality, we will destroy them. The testing content includes Weft and Warp tension force, Weft and Warp density, Thickness, Width, Length, temperature resistance, electrical conductivity, and cloth surface quality inspection.
- The role will be rated as unqualified if any testing data is less than the specified testing content.
- Our company has Oven to test the Heat resistance temperature for each product by customer orders.
