1. Description:

This silicon-coated glass fiber is a fiber base cloth coated with special adhesive silicone rubber on both sides. It does not contain asbestos. Silicon-coated glass fiber cloth has the advantages of fire prevention, high flexibility, higher strength, good wear resistance, ozone resistance, oxygen aging resistance, weather aging resistance, oil resistance, puncture resistance, tear resistance, etc. Oil-resistant and low-smoke flame retardant. The dry surface of this silicone fiberglass fabric won't stick to the sewing table, making it easier to sew, drape, and handle. The base fiberglass fabric is temperature resistant to 1000°F/550°C and the silicone coating is rated to 536°F/280°C. It provides an excellent protective fabric for welding blankets and drapes, fire blankets, splash curtains, fabric expansion joints, heat shields, high-temperature removable jackets, valve covers, insulation blankets, and other heat-resistant components.
