7628 0.2mm Electronic Fiberglass Fabric For Printed Circuit Boards

1. Descriptions:

7628 fiberglass fabric is one of electronic fiber glass cloth. It is woven by e-glass fiberglass yarns in plain weaving. It is mainly applied for electronics application. 7628 is an high density fiberglass cloth in 17.3/13 per cm. Fiberglass cloth is high strength fabric with fire resistance. This fabric is a ideal mateirial in electronics fields because of its fireproofing, abrasion resistance, flexiblity and ageing resistance, which make it suitable for high pressure laminates for printed circuit boards.

7628 fiberglass fabric is weighed at 200g. Its thickness is 0.2mm which is suitable for laminating. Plain weave makes it a stable structure woven cloth. Yarn type is EC9 68 1X0 in warp and weft directions. This 6oz fiberglass cloth is able to resist 550degree C for a long time.

• Fabric Quality

1. We have our own factory in Shandong to produce alkali-free and medium-alkali glass fiber yarns, which are sent to the glass fiber cloth production plant in Changshu every week. We will control the quality and price from the source of the glass fiber cloth
2. We have our own laboratory for product quality testing. We will select 50 meters for testing ​for every 1000 meters of fiberglass cloth. Each product has corresponding indicators. Only when all the inspections are qualified, we will send the goods to the customer, when we encounter products with unqualified quality, we will destroy them. The testing content includes Weft and Warp tension force, Weft and Warp density, Thickness, Width, Length, temperature resistance, electrical conductivity, and cloth surface quality inspection.
3. If any testing data is less than the specified testing content, the roll will be rated as unqualified.
4. Our company has Oven to test the Heat resistance temperature for each product by customer orders.
