1. Descriptions:
Mix each twisted yarn with a stainless steel wire in a fabric blended with glass fiber and stainless steel wire. It is used to increase the strength of the cloth at high temperature. This product is widely used in steel, electric power, metallurgy, chemical, environmental protection, cement and other fields. It can be used for the compensation of ventilation, flue gas, waste gas treatment and other pipelines. The steel wire has good thermal conductivity. This kind of cloth can withstand high temperatures instantly and can also be used as a brake friction material.
Fiberglass fabrics feature different weaves as noted:
Plain Weaves—The plain weave consists of yarns interlaced in an alternating fashion, one over and one under every other yarn. The plain weave provides good fabric stability
Twill weave—Twill is used for fabrics that require high density and tight weave. Twill weave is characterized by diagonal ribs or twill threads. The warp yarn floats on at least two consecutive weft yarns, allowing more yarn per unit area.
Satin weave—Four-wire satin weave is more flexible than plain weave, and it is easier to adapt to the typical curved surface in reinforced plastics. In this weave pattern, there is a three-by-one interweave in which the filler yarn floats above three warp yarns and below one.

3. Factors of Scoring In Quality Control
- Fabric Quality
- We have our own factory in Shandong to produce alkali-free and medium-alkali glass fiber yarns, which are sent to the glass fiber cloth production plant in Changshu every week. We will control the quality and price from the source of the glass fiber cloth
- We have our own laboratory for product quality testing. We will select 50 meters for testing for every 1000 meters of fiberglass cloth. Each product has corresponding indicators. Only when all the inspections are qualified, we will send the goods to the customer, when we encounter products with unqualified quality, we will destroy them. The testing content includes Weft and Warp tension force, Weft and Warp density, Thickness, Width, Length, temperature resistance, electrical conductivity, and cloth surface quality inspection.
- If any testing data is less than the specified testing content, the roll will be rated as unqualified.
- Our company has Oven to test the Heat resistance temperature for each product by customer orders.
- Packaging :
- Jiangnan oven Fiberglass Cloth is wound into a roll on a cardboard inner tube with an inside diameter of 10cm (4"). Each roll is wrapped with a plastic bag and placed in a cardboard box. 12 or 16 boxes are placed horizontally on a pallet, which is stretch wrapped.
