Aluminum Foil Fiberglass Composite Fabric Used For Hose Solver Heat Reisitant Fabric
1. Description:
Jiangnan adopts advanced composite processing, alkali-free glass fiber as the base fabric, and special refractory adhesive. The most popular use is glass fiber filament fabric laminated with aluminum foil with a water-based adhesive, and textured glass fiber fabric with acrylic adhesive laminated with aluminum foil. Water-based adhesives have better flexibility and performance at higher temperatures, but less viscous, while acrylic adhesives have better viscosity and stiffness, especially for bulked glass fiber fabrics with uneven surfaces or need sewing, acrylic adhesive is a better choice.
Temperature resistant:
Aluminum foil coating is best for static applications and working temperatures up to 650°F / 343°C, this fabric will withstand short duration exposure up to 1115°F / 600°C and up to 3000°F / 1650°C for very short durations. The aluminum coating melts at 1220°F / 660°C.
