1. Description:
The aluminum foil glass fiber cloth produced by Jiangnan is made of fiberglass fabric laminated an aluminum foil. It has a smooth surface, high strength, gas-proof&water-proof and weather resistance. This kind of material is suitable for wide variety of applications, it can be used as insulation and vapor barrier layer for numerous insulation materials, with good aging resistance, and corrosion resistance. Our facings are designed with proprietary flame retardant chemistry to meet demanding fire codes and Chinese Government standards.
Temperature resistant:
Aluminum foil coating is best for static applications and working temperatures up to 650°F / 343°C, this fabric will withstand short duration exposure up to 1115°F / 600°C and up to 3000°F / 1650°C for very short durations. The aluminum coating melts at 1220°F / 660°C.
