What is silicone coating fiberglass cloth?
There is a wide range of silicone fiberglass fabric with a weight from 120 to 1400 g/sq.m. with a width up to 2 m with different types of finish improving their properties. One of the considerable sectors of silicone fiberglass fabric application — production of welding blankets, fire protective blankets, screens and curtains, casing as a thermal barrier for protection of the equipment, high-temperature insulation of furnaces, turbines, screens for protection from molten metal splashes, sparks, thermal insulation.
7628,3732,3784 and any other kinds of basic fiberglass fabric are used for Silicone coated fiberglass cloth. These fabrics exhibit the strength and tear resistance of fiberglass, as well as, provide excellent release properties.
