YB Preinstalled Type Transformer Substation
YB box-type series prefabricated box-type substation is used for 6-24KV 50HZ distribution system to act as a small capacity independent substation. When acting as 6-24 / 0.4KV step-down station, the general capacity of it is below 1250KV, which is suitable for factories, mines, ports, stations, residential quarters and underground facilities and other places. It has advantages of small area and flexible movement, which can go deep into the load center and adjust the radius of power supply and save energy. So it is popular with users.
Product Features
The optional components of high pressure part include Schneider SM6 / SC6 / ABB's SafeRing, vacuum circuit breaker cabinets and vacuum load switchgear. High pressure part can be big or small size, even be a switching station.
Low pressure part can be divided into panel type, fixed type and drawer type.

Warehouse and emergency supply for spare parts, damage parts and missing parts: DINGLI has built production line in Quito and warehouse for transmission line and distribution network in Ecuador, Bolivia and Senegal with common use spare parts.

Design and Consultant

Supported by both domestic engineering company and Quito tower design center, could provide technical consultant and design service within our scope of work. For Quito tower design center, most of the engineers are local staffs. The Design is based on ASTM protocols meantime with GB material standard, which will reduce the weight, and avoid the replacement on the profiles to save the working time.
