Description

This Huawei QSFP-4SFP10-AOC10M Compatible QSFP+ active optical breakout cable assembly is suitable for use in storage, data, and high-performance computing interconnectivity between 40G QSFP+ ports and 10G SFP+ ports. It offers a flexible solution to connect within racks and across adjacent racks. The cable contains a QSFP+ module at one end and four SFP+ modules at the other ends. It has been tested and programmed at the factory to ensure the quality, high performance, and compatibility.

QSFP+ to 4*SFP+ AOC cable

When a 40GE optical port is split into four 10GE optical ports:

• Scenario 1: used for 10GE optical port connection or stacking between CloudEngine 9800, 8800, 7800, 6800, and 5800 series switches.
• Scenarios 2: used for 10GE connection between and CloudEngine 9800, 8800, 7800, 6800, and 5800 series switches.

One end connects to the 40GE optical port, and the other end connects to four 10GE optical ports.
