Red Choke Manifold Oil And Gas 2 1/16" X 10000psi For High Pressure Well Testing

The Choke Manifold is the well flow control equipment, and used in oil well drilling operation and testing operation, it is the important wellhead equipment to carry out the pressure control technology in the oil/gas well. The choke manifold manufactured by our company is according to API Spec 16c and NACE Standard MR0175. The 2 1/16" choke manifold with 10000psi working pressure is equipped with 5pcs FC type gate valve, manual operated and 2pcs adjustable choke valve, inlet and outlet size is 2" FIG1502FxM. When if testing requierd, the adjustable choke valve can be coverted to the fixed choke valve by replacing the needle,handwheel with choke and cap.The choke valve is H2 Integral type, manual operated. All valve body is forged by AISI4130, fully heat treated. The trims are TC treated with high corrosive resistance ability.

Working principles of the Choke manifold

When the pressure inside the well rises, opening/closing the choke valves(including manual chokes, hydraulic chokes and positive chokes) on the choke manifold can allow the release of the fluid inside the well so as to control casing pressure, which can be directly blown out through the gate valve if the casing pressure is quite high.
