The Ring Gaskets are applied for the wellhead flange adapter sealing and manufactured according to API 6A, for the different wellhead adapter flange, it matches different kind of ring gasket including R ring gasket, RX ring gasket, BX ring gasket. The ring gaskets are designed for pressures from 5,000 psi to 10000 psi. Ring Gaskets that have been torqued initiating a metal-to-metal seal should be discarded and not reused.
