The Sand Filter is used in well surface testing operation conformed with API 6A, it is the high pressure well surface test equipment. The sand fileter is suitable for testing after fracturing and testing on the sanding formation. Sand filter can safely remove fracturing sand after large fracturing, filter and measure formation sand production, and effectively reduce the damage to the downstream ground equipment.

Constructure of the Well Surface Testing Sand Filter

The sand filter consists of two filter pots, one manifold and one sand jetting system. The frame-mounted pots have lifting support for convenient filter replacement. Both of two pots can be on stream at same time. Normally, one vessel is in use, another is being cleaned by sand jetting system
