Wellhead Valves Hydraulic Gate Valve API 6A Cameron FC Gate Valve
The Hydraulic Gate Valves in FC Type is manufactured and tested according to API Spec. 6A. The hydraulica gate valves are the important parts of wellhead christmas trees, casing heads, tubing heads, and wellhead choke & kill manifolds.
The hydraulic gate valve adopt the hydraulic pressure as the power source to operate the switch. But when the hydraulic pressuer source failed to work, the FC hydraulic gate valve can be operated manually.
Structure of FC gate vavle
* Two ends outlets can be flange connection, thread connection or union connection.
* The valve body adopts integrated forging, high strength, neat appearance.
* The valve gate and seat adopts thermal spray welding which can make sure high hardness and good wear resistance.
* Hydraulic system standard adopts viton seals, can be fitted for high and low temperature etc extreme situation.
Features of Hydraulic Gate Valve
* The gate valve body & Bonnet are Integral Forged
* It adopts metal-to-metal seal between body and bonnet
* The hydraulic gate valve is with simple design and low operation torque
* Hydraulic actuator installed on the top of the bonnet which controls the open and close of the valve by hydraulic pressure
* It is easy to change gate and seat assembly.
