API Wireline Blowout Preventer Single Manual Slick Line BOP Wireline Valve
Wireline Valve is a kind the Blowout Preventer (BOP) used in wireline operation and called wireline BOP or slick line BOP. The wireline BOP is commonly installed between Lubricator and Wellhead. The design of wireline BOP allows pressure to be contained within the well once the bodies are closed. It allows the equalisation of lubricator and well pressure when the operation is to be resumed.
Single manual operated Wireline Valve features a pair of Ram assemblies and stem connected handle that can be manipulated by manually rotating the handles to open or close the rams. This tool is designed only suitable for slickline operation.
