Chiksan Cementing & Circulating Hoses High Pressure Hose Loop Swivel Pipeline

Hose Loops as the part of the pipeline are conformed with API specification, and mainly used for transporting fluid in high pressure discharge line, well testing line and cementing slurry line.  Hose Loops can handle a complete range of standard and sour gas fluids at cold working pressures up to 15,000 PSI and can be used in both standard service and H2S service. The Hose loops consist of swivel joint, hammer union and pup joint. 

Three types of hose loops are available: short radius flexible manifolds, long radius flexible manifolds and integral type flexible manifolds, with sizes of 1-1/2",2",3",4"and pressures of 5000psi~15000psi(35MPa~105MPa).

The swivel joints in hose loops feature flexibility, shock-resistance, vibration-resistance and large displacement. They are connected with wing unions, and have a good sealing performance. They can be easily and quickly tightened or dismantled, and stored and delivered conveniently.
