Select Tester Valve For Oil Well Drill Stem Testing Service
The select tester valve is a kind of downhole tester valve in the well testing service. The tester valve is used in cased holes and designed with a full opening, annulus pressure operated tool. The select tester valve has the capabilities of taking multiple downhole closures where pipe manipulation is restricted and a full opening string is desired. The select tester valve is composed of four basic sections; ball valve section, upper hydraulic section, nitrogen section and the metering section and has the same basic features of the 15K LPR-N Tester Valve plus below additional features that include:
* The select tester valve has ability to lock the ball valve in the open position at any point during the test.
* The select tester valve also has ability to reactivate the tool for normal operations.
