Q2: What terms of payment do you accept?
A2: We prefer TT for all orders. For amount more than 20K US Dollars, we accept L/C at sight; for amount less than 1.5Kusd, we accept Western Union,Money Gram, Alipay or PayPal, etc.
Q3: What trade terms do you accept?
A3: we can do EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDU, DDP, etc. Please choose the suitable way for quotation.
Q4:How long is your delivery time?
A4: The delivery time of different models of machines is slightly different. Normal they will be delivered 10-15 days after payment, the peak sales season may also take more than 30 days.It’s better to check the production time before you make order.
Q5: How can your machine be transported?
A5: We suggested to ship machines by sea which is cost-effective and safe, some small models also can be shipped by air. Before you make order, please confirm with us your shipping option, you can arrange your forwarder to pick up the goods from our factory or we can delivery it to the port. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any import taxes, clearance cost, port charges etc.
