You can email us, fill out a free quote, fax us a copy or mail us a picture. Our free quote is the preferred way. We accept all types of file formats; including ai, eps, jpg, pdf, doc, docx, bmp, and others.

3.Can I get a product sample?
Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check.
If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.

4. What kind of design format do you need to make products?
JPG/PSD/PDF/AI or real sample picture

5. If I received, but it's wrong, how could I do?
