All assemblies are manufactured in-house by our fully trained engineers with each assembly being supplied with full traceability and SGS test Repor.
Our standard production encompasses wire rope slings and assemblies from 0.5mm through to 32mm diameter, in galvanised, stainless steel and plastic covered wire rope.

The pull-off force and safety load of the lifting wire rope sling is determind according to the diameter of the wire rope.
General, use a 5 to 1 or 3 to 1 safety factor when we design it. eg: breaking load is (1000 N)100 kgs, safety factor is 5:1 (200N), Breaking strength should never be considered the ropes working load.
