High speed shuttleless weaving machine is new machines.We choose new material of shuttle belt which is carbon fiber , it is lighter, and have more tenacity, it make it is more durable and faster.The gripper moves faster, while, the machine is whole system, we change the headle frame movement, which to suit the faster speed. The gripper moves faster, how the weft wire fastly leave the bobbin, which become to a problem, after we research, we successfully solve the problem, then , the whole machine system can perfectly work together.
