Through adopting the PLC programmable controlling system and controlling net reeling and warp pacing by servo motors,the fabric with 40-400 standard wire diameters can be more accurately weaved.The weaving tension can be automatically adjusted by tension sensor,thereby making higher precision of mesh ;the adoptionof conjugate cam beating-up machine and rapier transmission mechanism with tooth profile rapier band can make the beating-up speed reach 120 r/min,improving the efficiency of 70%;the mesh count regulation and net surface can realize numerical control with simple and accurate mesh count adjustment;the adoption of limitless net reeling method realizes the numerical display function of length of weaved net ,which can shorten the auxiliary weaving time, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency.
