Grinding wheel section calculation software:
The CNC system is embedded with grinding wheel section calculation software, which can automatically calculate the grinding wheel section and generate CNC code; the interface is friendly and easy to switch from the CNC processing interface. The operation process is simple.

Software functions:
1. The grinding wheel type that can be trimmed is a disc grinding wheel.
2. It can trim the grinding wheel for gear hob trimming before shaving, before grinding, full fillet of tooth top, chamfer of tooth top, and edge trimming of tooth bottom.
3. It can dress the grinding wheels for linear worm gear hobs with ZA, ZI, and ZN shapes.
4. It can dress the grinding wheels for nonlinear worm gear hobs (ZK shapes, sprockets, splines).
5. It can dress the grinding wheels for complex curved surface milling cutters.
6. It can dress the grinding wheels with known cross-sections.
