(1) INTRODUCTION

BMH200 series heavy-duty aluminum alloy hydraulic feeds with double bottom for high torional resistance, equipped with the stainless steel slide bar to produce the feed beams feed rails from damage, this make the feed beams have long life and low maintenance cost.

The feeds BMH 200 series have difference length, the length we have as below:

BMH214, BMH215, BMH216, BMH235 and BMH236, BMH244, BMH245, BMH246

BMH200 series feed beams are equipped on Long-Hole Drill Rigs, The Simba H1254, H1354, E6, E7, L6C, M3C, M4C, M6, M7C.

2. Compliant with Standard of GB/T6892-2006
3. Tolerance: twist degree--- less than 1degree per meter and 5 degrees for whole length;

                     curvature--- less than 1mm per meter and 5mm for whole length
4. Mechanic: σb≥320MPa, σ0.2≥270MPa, δ5≥8%
5. The surface is free from manufacturing defects, such as nicks, dings, scratches .

6. Length Option: ranging from 2,100mm to 7,100mm
