Outdoor Application PE WPC Plastic Decking Fencing Profile Machine

I. Application:

To produce outdoor landscape profiles, such as decking (flooring), railing, fencing, wall siding, pallet, partition board, etc.

Flowchart for PE+65%wood Profiles Production:

1. Wood chips milled into powder with Pulverizer / powder milling machine,

2. Wood powder, PE and additives mixed together in Mixing Unit

3. Extrude WPC profiles with WPC One-step extruding machines and molds

4. Treat on surface of WPC profiles with WPC sanding machine or brushing machine

5. Emboss on surface of WPC profiles with Embosser

6. Crush the waste products into pcs with crusher for re-extrusion.
