General Introduction

PVC extrusion for plastic ceiling panel have applied oil cooling system. Barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system.Ceiling Panel and wall panel extruder plant system has applied special computer control. According to customers requirements, most reasonable structure of conical twin screw can be made so as to achieve best plastic city performance and material quality.

PVC/PVC WPC product is a new type of environmental-friendly green material which is made from polyolefin plastics and fiber of straw, wood flour, rice chaff and others with special procession. It has feature of undecomposable, deformation free, fade resistant, insect damage resistant, good fireproof performance, crack resistant, and maintenance free etc.

Process Flow

Feeder→ Conical Twin-screw Extruder → Mould →Calibration Table → Haul-off → Cutter → Cutter → Stacker
