General Introduction

Plastic extrusion for PVC wall panl and ceiling panel electrical system has mainly applied imported parts, it has multiple alarm system, and there are few problems which can be easily eliminated. The cooling system has applied special design, heat emission area is enlarged, the cooling is rapid.

PVC/PVC WPC product is a new type of environmental-friendly green material which is made from polyolefin plastics and fiber of straw, wood flour, rice chaff and others with special procession. It has feature of undecomposable, deformation free, fade resistant, insect damage resistant, good fireproof performance, crack resistant, and maintenance free etc.

2. This WPC machine include:extruder,mould,vacuum calibration table,haul-off machine,cutter and stacker.

3. The distribution box on Walling Panel making machine is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully imported, and the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear large extruding pressure.

4.  PVC extrusion for plastic ceiling panel have applied oil cooling system. Barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system.
