Face Mask KN95 Meltblown Nonwoven Fabric Filter Cloth Extrusion Machine(PP meltblown fabric production line) is an equipment that uses high speed hot air flow to draw out the polymer melt trickle which be squeezed out from spinneret orifice, thus forming microfiber and collecting on the roller, at the same time,self-adhesive to become a melt blown cloth which is used to produce the face mask. One equipment only needs 2 staff (1 person to operate the machine,1 person to collect the roll ), fully realize the high-speed production. The equipment is stable, beautiful in style,hygienic and environmentally friendly.

Product Description

Meltblown cloth is the core material of masks. Meltblown cloth mainly uses polypropylene as the main raw material, and the fiber diameter can reach 1 to 5 microns. There are many voids, fluffy structure and good anti-wrinkle ability. Ultrafine fibers with unique capillary structure increase the number and surface area of fibers per unit area, so that the meltblown cloth has good filter ability, shielding, heat insulation and oil absorption.
