Processing flow of four output PVC pipe making machine:

PVC powder + additive → mixing → spring feeding → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator→ vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → discharging rack

screw extruder: high speed extruders adopts notched barrel (with water forced cooling transportation zone), shielded screw with special mixing structure ensures the stability of high extruding and the plasticizing quality.

Electrical control system: Siemens, ABB converter, Omron temperature controller. The entire production line adopts the originally imported new control system of PLC programmable computer, guaranteed highly and steadily reliable controls of the production line.

Die head: specially structured spiral accumulator-type die head surmounts stress orientation of polymer chain during pipe forming and achieve smooth-pressure extruding, and makes the good physical and chemical properties of raw material be copied into the pipe.
