SRL series Hot/Cooling Mixer is used to mix and dry PVC material, PE granule ,ABS material before extruding . The cooling mixer is used to cooling the hot material from the Hot Mixer to avoid being block ,also can make the additive come into the main plastic material ,also can vent the remained air .

The mixer is made up of Base , Pot ,Pot cover, transmission system, ladder, discharge mouth and electric control box . The pot is made from stainless steel .The inner surface is very smooth and hard , it is wearable, Corrosion-proof and stick-proof. The cooling mixer is cooled by recycling-water .

Mixer types: vertical type and horizontal type.

Model: SRL-Z200/500, SRL-Z300/600,SRL-Z500/1000,SRL-Z800/2500,SRL-1000/3000 and SRL-Z1500/4500 and so on.

Client can choose different models according to mixer output. Each mixer has different  output.
