Aluminum foil is a kind of hot stamping material which is directly calendered into foil by aluminum coils. Its hot stamping effect is similar to that of pure silver foil stamping, so it is also called fake silver foil. Since aluminum has a soft texture, good ductility, silvery white luster, if the calendered sheet is smashed on an offset paper with a material such as sodium silicate, an aluminum foil can be formed, and printing can be performed on it. However, the aluminum foil itself is easily oxidized and the color is darkened, and friction or touch can make it discolored, so it is not suitable for hot stamping of a book cover that has to be preserved for a long time.
The 6 series and 7 series aluminum alloy profiles produced by us are widely used in the end plate and side plate of new energy vehicle power battery module, with medium and high strength.
