The LY-3000C is an Intelligent 2-in-1 High-Speed Rigid Box Making Machine with built-in bubble pressing. Production speed reaches up to 70 pcs/min for single-size production and 50-60 pcs/min for double sheets. It accommodates a wide size range (max box 550*400*130mm, min 45*45*15mm), fully meeting today’s diversified packaging market. Suitable for smartphone boxes, cosmetics, jewelry, wine box covers, and more.
This machine adopts a servo control system and visual positioning. It features a German multiple-camera system with 10 million pixel tracing and a YAMAHA robot arm for precise gray box positioning. Accuracy reaches ±0.05mm, with a change-over-time of just 40 minutes. The dual forming stations, corner pasting modules, and in-line bubble pressing eliminate the need for separate equipment, improving efficiency and reducing labor costs.
Feeding, gluing, and conveyor systems use world-class brand servo drives for infinite variable speed, high precision, and easy adjustment. The forming part includes collision detection and scratch-resistant box lifting. With over 200 patents and a 5th-generation design, the LY-3000C ensures stable operation. A 12-month guarantee and on-site installation support are included.
