Excel cut consists of following sections

Feeder

1. Feeder is controlled by a servo motor.
2. Paper-feed-in overturn function.
3. Big diameter pneumatic vacuum control valves.
4. The rubber pressure roller for the feeding-in paper.
5. Antistatic platform for paper.
6. The automatic lifting function for feeding stack.
7. Feeding stack auto stop when top paper in position Feeder control by servo motor.

8. Independent controlled paper feeding table and independently controlled sheet roller. 

9. Avoid the inconsistency of the length of the paper between the two sheets.

Positioning

1. YAMAHA Robot Arm for spotting the box.

2. Camera with in 10 million Pixel tracing system,positioning accuracy can reach 0.05mm.

3. Four Cameras with obots arms working XY Spool for positioning.

Corner pasting 
  

1. Adopt none top suction after the box is formed,reduce labor cost for stay Inline.

2.Secure it with a downward-pulling suction, allowing the tray to stable fall onto the conveyor belt.

3.Conveyor belt feeding system simultaneously transports two matching boxes of different sizes to the positioning section.

4. Easy to set up, tape width in 19mm.

Forming Part (within bubble pressing function, no need bubble pressing machine)
  

1. Automatic setting by servo motors.
