The LY-820TJ Intelligent Automatic Stamping Machine features a modular design that combines feeding and functional modules for one-step hot stamping, multi-color overprinting, and 3D embossing. It supports paper from 80–400 gsm, four independent temperature zones (60–150°C), and achieves ±0.01 mm accuracy with a maximum stamping area of 780×560 mm.
The cam-link front suction feeder handles up to 400 mm paper stacks, while the servo-driven crankshaft system ensures precise pressure. Quick template change is enabled by a pull-out flip-type transfer plate. Operating at 20–26 pcs/min with 42T stamping pressure and 15kW power, the machine offers high efficiency and reliability.
- The device adopts a modular splicing design, which is freely combined by the feeding module and the functional module, It supports one-time molding of hot stamping, multi-color overprinting, and three-dimensional embossing processes, effectively reducing process losses and significantly improving production efficiency and finished product accuracy.
- The conveyor belt implements variable frequency suction adjustment for different grams of paper to meet all kinds of package paper hot stamping needs, extensive used in products. Paper thickness 80-400 grams.
- Four different temperature adjustable control area easy to set for any materials' stamping needs from 60-150 degrees.
