Our casing pipe is make by ASTM A106 Gr.B carbon steel pipe, process including cutting, threading, heat treatment, welding, and painting. The heat treatment of thread parts, is for longer service time. Size from 5" to 16". 16" is th biggest size we've made for now, and bigger size is possible.

1. Cutting, Construction Casing Steel Tube Used for Construction Site. we cut carbon steel pipe in customized length, they are tube body part and tube head part.
2. Threading, put the tube head part on CNC machine, and thread as client's drawing, there's male and female threads.
3. Heat treatment, put tube head into furnace to do heat treatment, and hardness of thread will reach 45/47 Rockwell C.
4. Welding, weld body and tube head together with high quality welding rod. And make sure body and heads are concentric.
5. Paintiing, paint the finished casing tube as client's requirement.
