1. When You will send me quotation after I sent mail?

 Normally within 2 hours during  working time, we always want to send reply as soon as possible.

For small shipment of weight below 46kgs, we will arrange by Courier service: DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS etc, for shipment more than 46kgs, normally by air shipment to your airport or by Sea shipment to your seaport.

5. Do you have quality guarantee for this Product?

Yes, Within 6 Month after you received the goods, we promise to replace for you if there's quality problem when you install on your machine during that time, normally there's no problems, since all our products has passed QC dept before warehousing, the total rate of bad feedback of all our products is below 1%.
