T- Turbocharger / T- RU110 Turbine Shaft For Marine Engine And Generator Repair Parts
T- Turbocharger / T- RU110 Turbine Shaft For Marine Engine And Generator Repair Parts
T- / T- RU110 exhaust gas turbocharger features:
T- RU110 turbine shaft (also called rotor shaft) is belonging to a part of T- / T- RU110 exhaust gas turbocharger, and which has the following features:
T- / T- RU110 exhaust gas turbocharger is radial flow type of turbine, in which exhaust gas from the engine passes through the nozzle of the turbine casing, is accelerated and blown to the turbine impeller and provides the turbine shaft with turning effort.
T- / T- RU110 turbocharger is lubricated by the engine external lube oil system.
T- / T- RU110 turbocharger blower impeller fitted to the turbine shaft receives the turing force, inhales air, compersses and delivers it to the cylinders.
T- / T- RU110 turbocharger blower side sealing method: in order to prevent leak of feed air and oil, the back (seal plate) of the blower impeller is of a dual wall construction and the seal ring provided therein.
T- / T- RU110 turbocharger thrust bearing: due to thrust is constantly applied to the turbine shaft, the thrust bearing is provided to prevent move of the shaft.
T- / T- RU110 turbocharger journal bearing: a floating type of journal bearing is applied to T-RU110 turbocharger. Comparing to the ordinary fixed type, a dual oil film is formed on the internal and external faces of the bearing and the bearing effects a follow-up turing, so that the sliding speed of the bearing face becomes lower than the turbine shaft revolving speed, resulting in an increase of dynamic stabilization effect.
T- / T- RU110 turbocharger is widly used in marine engine and generator, and also consturction machine.
T- / RU series turbocharger includes:

The structure of T- / T- RU110 turbocharger:
The description of turbocharger turbine shaft / rotor shaft:
- The turbocharger turbine shaft / rotor shaft is equipped with components such as a compressor and a turbine impeller, and has a complicated structure and a large weight.
- If the ship is parked for a long time, the turbocharger rotor will be bent and deformed due to the long-term non-operating self-weight, which will break the matching gap between the rotor and the casing, the gas seal and the casing, and the rotor will be lost.
- In severe cases, the rotor is difficult to rotate and the friction is severe.
- A large centrifugal force is generated during operation to cause the supercharger to vibrate.
- Therefore, if the ship is suspended for a long time, attention should be paid to the agement of the supercharger to prevent deformation of the rotor.
