T- / T- VTC Turbocharger Features:

T- / T- VTC304 Turbocharger Cartridge is consisted of rotor complete and bearing assembly. T- VTC304 turbocharger belongs to T- / T- VTC series, is created for the diesel engine with an output range from 1,500kW to 3,200kW and is used in the field of marine, power generationa and rail engines.

• The use of internal plain bearings make T- VTC304 turbocharger's high compactness possible;
• The bearings are lubricated by the engine lube oil system;
• Water connections at the compressor end, enabling T- VTC turbochargers to be washed with water during service.
• T-VTC series turbocharger's compressor pressure ratio up to 3.7;
• By using a filter-silencer in the air inlet, the T- VTC turbochargers can achieve hight noise reduction.
• The T- VTC turbochargers are of extremely robust design which can last to the lifetime of the engine but undeding in operation.

Brief introduction of Marine turbocharger:

Marine turbocharger / Exhaust gas turbochargers operate at high speeds, high exhaust gas temperatures, high air and exhaust gas flow rates, and high flow rates. Generally, the pressure of the exhaust gas is 0.25-0.45 MPa, and the exhaust gas temperature is 500-600 °C. The speed varies with the size of the Marine turbocharger / supercharger. The maximum speed of the large-sized supercharger is 10000 r/min, and the maximum speed of the small-sized supercharger can reach 40,000~50000r/min. Therefore, the marine turbocharger/exhaust gas turbocharger is a precision machine.
