T- T- T- RH183 Whispering Silencer For T- Turbocharger Replacement Spare Parts
T- / T- T- T- RH series turbocharger description:
T- T- T- RH183 whispering silencer belongs to one part of / T- T- T- RH series turbocharger consists of single stage turbine and centrifugal compressor. This series of turbocharger can be used to match high-speed diesel engine power 300-110kw. Inboard plain bearing is lubricated by the engine oil system. The blade wheel of the compressor adopts the back bend and tilt Angle. The overall efficiency of T/C is 60%-62%, with the maximum pressure ratio of 3.6. /T- T- T- RH series turbochargers widely used in Marine generator, drilling and mining field.

The function of turbocharger silencer/filter silencer/whispering silencer/Air outlet silencer:
As all knew, turbochargers have been extensively used in diesel engines to improve their perforce. However, due to their operation at high speeds, turbochargers are susceptible to noise generation such as whine (narrow band) and whoosh (broadband). While unbalanced blades contribute to the former, the latter is due to turbulence. Such noise can be radiated from the structure, especially from the duct segment between the compressor and intercooler. The characteristics of turbocharger noise have been addressed that the compressor outlet was a major contributor to the overall intake system noise and experimentally demonstrated the effectiveness of a thicker wall and a resonator to reduce turbocharger noise that is a silencer could reduce both whine and broadband noise.
