T- / T- A100-M series turbocharger design features:

T- A145 Turbocharger Nozzle Ring (also called guide vane) is one part of T- / T- A100-M series marine turbocharger with design features as below:

  • High turbocharging efficiency at max. 65%;
  • High pressure ratios: the T- A100-M is capable of delivering pressure ratios up to 5.8 in continuous operation;
  • Engine power output ranges from 500 to 5,200 kW per turbocharger;
  • Lower fuel consumption;
  • Lower thermal loading;
  • UT-CRestricted diesel, gas and heavy fuel oil (HFO) operation capabilities.
  • Optimal matching for all applications, such as marine diesel engines, stationary power plant, etc.
  • The T- A100 generation turbochargers can satisfy all deds in respect of high reliability and low maintenance operations, as well as long maintenance intervals and oveT- T- RHaul intervals of up to 24,00 hours.
  • The T- A100 series turbochargers are specifically created for ease of maintenance, reparir and oveT- T- RHaul.

T- A145 Turbocharger Nozzle Ring (turbo guide vane) functions:

  1. The turbocharger nozzle ring is in the where the energy in the exhaust gas is converted into kinetic energy, so the nozzle ring need to bear the extremely high temperature and high pressure.
  2. The turbocharger nozzle ring is usually fabricated from a creep resistant chromium nickel alloy, heat resisting moly-chrome nickel steel or a nimonic alloy which will withstand the high temperatures and be resistant to corrosion.
  3. Furthermore, due to its function is to convert the exhaust gas into kinetic energy, the precision processing of the nozzle ring is highly deded.
