1, What about your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?
For stock model, MOQ is 1pcs.
For custom model, MOQ for Alloy case is 500pcs, for Stainless Steel case is 300pcs.
Mixed styles and colors is acceptable, please contact our sales for details.
2, How about shipping methods?
- If you have a courier in China, goods can be sent to your courier after payment.
- If you have no cooperated courier, we will check the shipping details and cost for you after your final order is confirmed.
3, What about your warranty?
-The watch carries a 1 year warranty against any defect of manufacturing.
-Please kindly note the warranty is no valid in case of accident our undue opening.
4. Will you provide samples and how much is it?
-Yes, Sample will be provided after design is confirmed. Sample fee includes the price for mold. Sample fee will -be refunded after orders are placed. Please do not worry about that.
