1. Will you provide samples and how much is it?
-Yes, Sample will be provided after design is confirmed. Sample fee includes the price for mold. Sample fee will -be refunded after orders are placed. Please do not worry about that.
2. What about your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?
For stock model, MOQ is 1pcs.
For custom model, MOQ for Alloy case is 500pcs, for Stainless Steel case is 300pcs.
Mixed styles and colors is acceptable, please contact our sales for details.
4, What's the payment way ?
- Payment by T/T or L/C,
- Sample order:100% payment before production.
- Bulk order:30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment.
5, How about your delivery time?
- For stock model, the goods can be sent within 3-5 days.
- For custom model, lead time is around 30-59days, depends on how complicated of custom parts.
