Description
Base on SPM pump reliable structure, the model consists of power end, hydraulic end, gear box, lubrication system and electromagnetic unloading valve. The power end's shaft adopts six bearing structure and the Crankshaft uses the simple five-Round six-Bearing structure and obtains good rigidity, light weight, long life feathers. The hydraulic end consists of the cylinder, Valve assembly, plunger components, and suction & discharge system. Plunger is made of ceramic in a special processing art with good wear resistance. So the hydraulic end is simple, easy to replace and repair.
Application
It is designed to meet the needs high-productivity and high efficiency of China coal exploration. It can be widely used at the comprehensive mechanized coal mining condition in the huge scale with over one million tons. It can meet the requirements for increasing the initial support stent, free from pressure loss due to the long-distance transmission,It can also be used as other large-scale hydraulic equipment power source.
