Description

To meet the pump’s requirement of injecting polymer, the pump’s hydraulic ends(pump head body, fluid suction and discharge valve assembly, fluid suction and discharge pipe assembly)are all made stainless steel. It has certain requirement of the shear rate when the polymer fluid flows each section. Hence, each flow section is optimum design to meet different concentration of solution and different displacement of flow section. According to the user’s requirement, it can be operated with Frequency conversion step less speed regulation.

Application

This pump is suitable for injecting polymer solution in tertiary oil recovery technology in oil field and also suitable for injecting rinsing&sewage in oil field.
