3DS Electric Reciprocating Pump with 10m³/h flow rate at 6Mpa pressure

Application

The high-pressure pump mainly supplies high-pressure liquid for hydraulic machine or accumulator, pressure vessel pressure test, sewer de-scaling, dredging, cleaning, etc., and can also transport high-pressure liquid. They are widely used for transferring clean water and some corrosive liquids.

Brief structural description

The product consists of motor the driver and pump mounted on a steel baseplate.

The rotary motion of the motor is converted the reciprocating motion of plungers by using gearing crankshaft and con-rod mechanism some products are reduced speed by belts. The transmission part consists of the gear shaft, crankshaft, connecting rod and cross-heed.

The liquid end consists of the cylinder, suction and discharge valves, sealed stuffing boxes and the relief valve, which are made of stainless steel or steel. A pressure gage installed at the discharge pipe is used to show the operating condition of the pump.
