Functional

1. The system adopts parallel oil ways and each actuator can work alone or simultaneously.

2. When working, the check valve of each loop can prevent the oil from flowing backward. In the middle position, the secondary overflow valve can prevent air pockets and maintain the load.

3. The bucket arm loop can adopt separate oil supply or in combination. When the oil is separately supplied, the bucket arm movement can be precisely controlled. When the oil is supplied in a combined way, the bucket arm cylinder can be quickly recovered to prevent the generation of air pockets.

4. Special functions: straight traveling, rotation in priority, bucket convergence, bucket arm lock, bucket arm regeneration, quick bucket arm action.

5. The backup valve can be used for adding grabs and breaking hammer etc.

Application

The HLMX15R multiway control valve is mainly used in 20~22-ton hydraulic excavators to control the excavator boom, bucket arm, bucket, traveling and rotating and to lift the excavator's boom, extent and contract the bucket arm, load and unload the bucket, rotate the upper part and drive the lower part of the excavator.

The multiway valve adopts a combination structure integrating four-way reversing valve (right) and a five-way reversing valve (left); the boom and the bucket arm cylinder are controlled with two reversing valves respectively, which can realize various operation speed. Main pump 1 (front pump) supplies pressure oil to the left traveling and rotating mechanisms, boom 2, and bucket arm 1; main pump 2 (rear pump) supplies pressure oil to the right traveling mechanism, the backup equipment, boom 1, the bucket and bucket arm 2.
