HTB-600S Introduction:

TPI-600S is named as HTB-600S in BAPP with the same structure and tech files. It adapts three-cylinder single action reciprocating style. The pump has complete structure, small volume and light weight and can be loaded on board. It can be used in fracturing and workover treatment on the oil fields. It is made up of two parts: power end and hydraulic end. The Plunger’s diameter can be chosen from 2.5", 2.75," 3",3.5",4"to 4.5" to meet user’s different needs on pressure and displacement. The power ends of all the plungers are the same.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

I. POWER END

The gearbox is placed on the outside of the rack, which can be selected on the left or right side. It can be installed in 16 different phases with different centers. The frame can be installed upside down for its high strength steel plate welding structure, and the frame can be upside down. The crank is positive offset connecting rod mechanism to cut down 25.9% of the positive pressure between cross head and guide plate.

II. HYDRAULIC END

The series adapts I type hydraulic end. The liquid cylinder is made of alloy steel forging with a whole plate. The maximum plunger’s diameter is 76.2 mm, the minimum plunger diameter is 63.5mm and the seal is adopted with a packing structure. The plunger has the same cylinder with the diameters from 63.50mm to 76.20mm. The pump is equipped with a plunger - root lubrication interface, and the lubrication system can be set on the fracturing truck or cementing vehicle. The plunger’s surface is sprayed with base alloy to improve its wear resistance. The cylinder is connected with the frame by the bolt.
