(1). How Long is your production time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
(2). Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could provide samples. But we will charge extra, and you need pay for the cost of freight. If there is bulk order after sample, we will payback the sample fee.
(3). If you can do the product according to my design?
A: Yes, The product showing on our website is just the ones we produced before, to show what kinds of services we can do for you. You can show us your design drawing ,pictures or samples. We can also help you drawing according to your idea.
(4). If your company can accept small quantity order?
A: Yes of course. Small quantity order is welcomed.
(5). How do you control the products quality and how to do if I received the unsatisfied goods?
A: We do the products according to your requirements and design. And will check with you the details or send the samples before production. What’s more our QC and QA will follow and test the pars in the whole production. If you have any unsatisfied goods, pls let us know. We will analyze and find out the problem reason. If the problem is caused by us, we will remake for free.
