6063 T5 Anodised Solar Panel Aluminum Frame Extrusions Application solar module 

1. the procedure of manufacturing :
Firstly , our company usually manufacture the aluminum profile according to the drawings of clients.
After confirming all the size, we start to order aluminum extrusion dies . it may take about 3-7days depend on the complexity . When the dies are all been finished ,we start to extrude the aluminum profile. after that we do surface treatment except "mill finished ".

2. the material of aluminum profile :
Material choosing is according to the clients .Usually , our aluminum material is 6000 series,such as 6061,6063 etc. The 6000 series stands for 6061,which mainly contains two elements: magnesium and silicon,so it combines the advantages of the 3000 series and the 5000 series. 6061 is a cold-forged aluminum plate forging product that is suitable for applications that require corrosion resistance and high oxidative properties.Good usability ,excellent interface features,easy coating , and good processability.

3. kinds of the surface treatment :
3.1 : Mill finished.
3.2 : Powder coating- brozen,black,white,etc.
3.3 : Anodized - brozen,golden,champagne,etc.
3.4 : Electrophoretic Anodized:silver,bronze,golden,champagne,etc.
3.5 : According to the clients.

4. Temper:
t3-t6: t5 and t6 are very common
t5: After extruding aluminum plate from the extruder ,the temperature is rapidly reduced by air cooling to meet the required hardness (8 to 12 degrees Webster)
t6: After extruding aluminum plate from the extruder ,then cooled by water to achieve higher hardness(over 13.5 degrees Webster)
