Liquid Kalium zinc stabilizer, PVC Compound Stabilizer, for yoga mats

K Zn liquid mixed metal stabilizer is a Potassium-Zinc stabilizer used as PVC heat stabilizer and as an activator (or "Kicker") for blowing agent. It is used in making the foamed layer in a number of plastisol applications. It is formulated to provide excellent early color retention and foam fine cell structure. It is a pale transparent liquid with great thermal stability and stimulative foamability. It is free of any toxic heavy metal. It is widely used in coating lines. BS-301 can be used in yoga mats. As a catalyst, it substantially reduces the temperature required to activate the blowing agent. It can be used alone in combination with other heat stabilizers.
