Top layer of leather for PVC mixed PVC stabilizer First grade PVC additive

The PVC molecule is unstable to heat and light. Heating PVC causes breakage of the Polymer chains, liberating Hydrochloric Acid gas. The HCl catalyzes more degradation and the degradation can become explosive, releasing large quantities of corrosive HCl and other toxic gases. So we need to add the PVC stabilizer during PVC production. Liquid heat stabilizer BS- 103AA4 has good long-term heat stability, so it's especially suitable for the top layer of leather.BS-103AA4 is a kind of general product for leather. It is a mature liquid PVC heat stabilizer made of Barium and Zinc. This product is harmless to the environment and may not results in air pollution and water pollution.

Storage

Store in the well-closed original package at room temperature (<35℃), in a cold and dry environment, protected from light, heat, and humidity sources.
